It's a small, bright, furnished room (different furniture from pictures), and the flat has separate kitchen/living room and a balcony which we use for outdoor eating and drinking. There is a large garden out the back too that we share with the other three flats in the block, which is great in the summer.
The rent is £525 (plus £100 approx. on all bills) and the room availability is 9 April but can be flexible if needed sooner.
We are two professionals, Lizz and Izzy, working in Charity and TV/Film. We work from home 2/3 days a week. We like to generate a chilled, homely atmosphere.
