Room Available in Friendly, Clean House – Available From November with Flexible Start Date

Hi! We're looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home. The room is available from the 1st of November with a flexible contract start date. All bills are included in the price including WiFi.

Our house has a friendly, relaxed vibe, and we all get along really well. We're a sociable group and occasionally hang out together, but we also respect each other’s space and privacy, so there's no pressure if you prefer your own time.

The house is always kept clean and tidy—everyone does their bit, and we also have a cleaner who comes once a week to do a thorough clean of the communal areas. The cleaner is £9 per person per week.

The room comes furnished with a large wardrobe, a bed and mattress, and a small bedside cabinet.

Although we don’t have a living room, we do have a spacious garden with chairs and a table, which is perfect for relaxing and socializing during the warmer months.

We’re in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Stoke Newington Overground station, making it super easy to get into central London and beyond. There are plenty of bus routes nearby too.
