This modern, fully furnished, and newly decorated home is warm, clean, and welcoming. The live-in landlord is a music teacher and international touring entertainer, often away for work.

- Occupancy: Double room for one person only (no couples or sharers).

Rent & Bills
- Rent: £750 (Room 1) £650 (Room 2 ) per month + bills . Extra £60-£80 on top of rent (electricity, water, and household items like toilet tissue).
- Deposit: £150 holding deposit, deducted from the first month’s rent upon move-in.
- Terms: Minimum rental period of 6 months, subject to a rent review after 6 months.
