Huge!! room available in converted brewery

We have a huge and very lovely double room available in our homely warehouse in Stokenewington this room would be ideal for a couple. The area itself is great only a minute or 2 from the station and close to lots of nice bars, restaurants etc. The house is set within a courtyard and has a great community feel to it. You will be living with a mixed bunch of very friendly people ages 25-30 who enjoy a drink, film and dinner together. The room itself has a window and plenty of room, There is also extra space downstairs for storage and potential desk space also. The room is available from the 17th November and is £850 plus bills which work out at £25pp , There is also a house kitty for the cleaner and cleaning products which is around £20 per person month and paid every month also.
