1 Double Room,Stoke Newington

This double room is in a flat sharing with three others.(3 bedrooms)We are looking for an easy going other to share our flat. The flat has a large lounge, kitchen, bathroom and we have sole use of the large garden. and patio The flat is kept clean and has Virgin wireless broadband. We are situated close to Clissold Park and has very good transport links, Manor House Underground is a 5 minutes walk away 1 stop to Finsbury Park(,Victoria and Mainline). We are in zone 2 so its fairly cheap for a weekly ticket.
Stoke Newington has a vibrant social scene with many bars and restaurants, Hackney, Dalston and Angel are all within easy reach So it’s not a bad spot. In these tricky times it’s nice to have your own social space, ie a garden. We regularly cook together ,in the Summer months we make use of the BBQ regularly or we venture to the local parks and Pubs. We are a considerate bunch, and respectful of our own space. we usually socialise with each other over a glass of wine or two.
