The house is very modern & fully furnished throughout. It's been also, newly decorated, clean & very warm. Gas boiler is new. The garden is well kept with lots of tropical & subtropical plants. There are two professional BBQ' (jerk pans) for use also.
The Landlord is a Teacher of Music & International entertainer. Most of his music takes place away from home.
THE HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing this lovely & warm home with three other persons. One who is an Educationalist/Chef & Horticulturist who teaches locally, and is also a Pescatarian.
Other two housemates are not Pescatarians. Namely, Mika & Haeun . BA Arts Fashion Student (Mature) & Physiotherapist ,respectively
The kitchen is well equipped for people who enjoy cooking and/or from the catering industry. There is also cooking facilities in the back garden (subject to weather conditions)
THE ROOM
The bedroom measurements are : 16 Square meters (approx) &, is located on the 1st floor. With a East facing view.
Fully furnished with floor to ceiling large wardrobe. There is a modern double bed and new mattress.
There is also wooden desk, additional small antique wardrobe, & separate pine chest of draws.
Windows are quite large with newly fitted blinds & curtains .
Room is suitable for one person only. I. e. no couples/sharers
BILLS
The rent is £600 (PCM) inclusive of all bills. You would need to put down a deposit of £600, should in case you decide to take the room.
Usual references required.

Transport is excellent- only seconds from Rectory Road mainline Stn. 1/2 minute walk to bus routes: 73, 106, 67, 76,243,149,288, & 276. On bike you can get to London Fields, Broadway Market, and Clissold & Victoria Parks 5-10 minutes respectively. Local shops are located on our doorstep. Nearest market is Ridley Road/Dalston Shopping Centre. Lots of vibrant cultural areas like; Church Street N16, Brick Lane & Columbia Road Sunday Markets.
