Great Double Room that not just a bed in a box

Hi There
Our double room becoming available on 09.09.23 and it’s time to find new flat mates. Video calls available any time to do the viewing if preferred. The rent is £950pcm inclusive of all bills (C/Tax, water, electricity, gas, 350mbs broadband). I'm not an agent and i live in the house, therefore i don't do any paperwork that cost a ton at the agencies, but a mutual agreement is understandably necessary. Lots of storage space in the room and there is plenty of space to move around as can see in pictures (hence the name).
Occupied by friendly and funny bunch of hard-working people. We a family: me and my wife with a 8-year-old kid. Oh and a cat.
The house is not a party place therefore mostly is very quiet (and its expected).
This isn't a new build modern house, but its clean, warm and cosy place we call home.
It is about 5min walk to the station (Stratford). Located in a quiet area (surprising for Stratford).
There is all the shopping you need in the Westfield shopping mall (10min walk) or the old shopping mall (10min walk), beautiful Olympic park 2min walk, beautiful green space for walking running or swimming in best swimming pool in London.
We are looking for a single person to join with some exceptions for couples. We expect new flatmates to be respectful, clean, tidy and considerate, not party animals and if you have allergies to cleaning products and hoovers or bins, we have some in the house and those are used by everyone - sarcastic joke but a reality. We prefer long staying interests, as we wouldn't want the place to be like hotel with new flatmates every few months. Ideally suitable for a single occupancy or a couple.
