Room In Social And Friendly House

Hey everyone!

Our housemate is moving out so we've got a cosy room, with a double bed, and better yet, all bills are included.

🏡The House
So, a bit about the house! We have a shared living room as well as a budding games room/office, a long garden, a sizeable kitchen, one indoor bathroom and an outdoor toilet (perfect for BBQs etc). If you’re up for giving it a little love then you’d be perfect. The surrounding area is fantastic. Stratford is brimming with great pubs, cafes, Westfield, the Olympic Park and is a stone throw from the rest of East London.

🛏 The Rooms
So, a little more about your room!

So, a little more about your room! It sits somewhere between a single and double bedroom and boasts a spacious (and comfortable!) double bed. You’ll also have a built-in closet and a small set of drawers. The room is free for you to make your own, so don't worry if you fancy painting it.

Transport
The area is serviced by Maryland Station, which is just a 5-minute walk away and gets you into Liverpool Street in 10 minutes. Stratford station (Overground, Central, Jubilee, TFL Rail) is a 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute bus. The buses run all night and take you all the way around the East London area such as Hackney, Walthamstow, Leyton, Homerton, Clapton and into the city.

Bills include: Council tax, water, electricity, and high-speed internet. There is a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

🧔The Housemate
You’ll be living with me Yusuf (Male, 29) and Rebecca (female 28). I've lived in the house for 3 years now and have had many great housemates who have contributed to a great living experience and I'm very much looking to keep that going. The house has been a place where housemates have looked to make it a home and place that we can relax and enjoy both after work and during the weekends.

We enjoy socialising, be that at home or outside, and would ideally like to have a housemates that are willing to join for a meal, drink or night out. I love love music, TV and film.

We've lived with both men and women and have no prejudices. The housemate that is leaving is female and will both testify to the safety of the house, this is very important. Ideally I would like to live in a mixed household to keep a nice balance as the house has always had great energy.

🍻Social Funtimes
While we do tend to relax after work during the week, we are up for having a bit of fun on the weekends so would love to have people who can join for a drink, party or just a general day out.

we are relaxed and tidy individuals and i'm looking for people similar to make our house a home. We also occasionally have the dog from next-door over (the neighbours are good friends, bonus!) who are adorable so you will have furry friends around on the odd occasion.🐶

This would be ideal for someone who is looking for more than just a place to lay their head. We're a sociable bunch who really enjoy living around each other and are looking for someone who can be a part of our little community.
