Renting one of our big, spacious double rooms out as our previous tenant has moved to Estonia. It’s £700 per month for a single person (female only)including bills. Security deposit is one months rent.

The room is fully furnished with a big wardrobe, double bed with storage underneath, desk and shelves. There’s also a gas fireplace in the room which helps during winter and a ceiling fan for summer!

Current Household:
Myself (Jo), my daughter (26yrs old) live here. We are very friendly and easy going! We also rent one of our other rooms to another tenant whom you will be sharing a bathroom with who’s also friendly.
It’s important to mention that we own two cats so if you like cats that’s a plus.
