We are looking for a friendly housemate to us in our 3 bedroom flat in the heart of Stratford.

About the flat:
This beautiful apartment was built in September of 2019 and we are the second people to ever live in it. The apartment it self has loads of open space, lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows in every room. It also boasts 2 balconies leading off of the kitchen and living room space. The kitchen has an amazing storage space and comes equipped with a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and one shared bathroom (you would be sharing this with one other person). All bills are included and that also covers Wi-fi, a cleaner every 2 weeks and use of the on site gym. We are fairly new moving in and in the process of changing the furniture of the living spaces to a relaxed contemporary feel. The bedroom is offered with a double bed and wardrobe.

About us:
We are 3 longtime professional, friendly and sociable friends. Ages 28-29, gay, CIS males. 1 couple, 1 single person. We have varied professions including hospitality, fashion recruitment and an NHS Nurse. We often enjoy a social drink or games night as well as our own personal space and time.

About you:
You are friendly, open and trustworthy. Looking for long term place to call home (6 months+). You are respectful and treat others equally. You are also ready to make some great friends and share some fantastic memories in a beautiful new home. Apartment is open to all. But unfortunately no pets.

Accessibility:
The flat is on the forth floor. Entry doors to the building operate using a fob system/video entry system for deliveries and there is one lift. Inside the flat there is no stairs and plenty of room in all corridors.
