Im currently looking for a room mate in Stratford.

I currently live in a two bed flat (1 Bath). 2 large bedrooms - large open plan living area and kitchen.

My Current flatmate is looking to move out, with the tennancy ending 13th May (however earlier move in date possible from 29th April)I am looking for somebody to take his room from this date.

The Room available is a Large Double Bedroom, with chest of draws, Wardrobe, Bed and Desk within. The rest of the flat is furnished (partially by landlord partially by me) Fully stocked kitchen etc.

Large shared bathroom, with sepearte shower/bath.

Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher

The apartment t. 5-10 minute walk to Stratford station/Westfield, The area has great transport links into London (Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line, DLR and international Rail). the Flat building also has Underground Parking, Concierge etc.

I am looking for a tidy, sociable flat mate.
Viewings/In person meeting is preferred to make sure we are a good fit.

Rent 975 + 175a 200£ All bills (inc council tax) large room with balcony.
