Hi future housemate,

The Location
- A couple minutes walk to the Bus stop with regular buses going to Stratford, Canning Town and Leyton. No 69, 257 and the night bus N8.
- A 10 minute walk to Maryland station with trains going to Stratford and Liverpool Street. (10 mins to Liv St)
- A nice 15min walk to Stratford Station and Westfield's shopping centre.

The House
- A well lit house, with a large living room and dining area.
- A good size kitchen with washer/dryer, and a fridge freezer.
- The bathroom is only shared with one housemate who is clean. (The other housemate has an ensuite). - There is also a garden
- Comes with Virgin TV And Broadband.

The Room
- Its the perfect size, not too big and not too small.
- Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The Housemates
- 2 Professionals (1 in events and 1 in social care)
- There will be guaranteed laughs and non stop banter!
- we very much live like a family, and see this as a home rather than a generic house share.
- We do like to have housemate outings, watch tv together and share a takeaway from time to time.

The Rent and other stuff
- £750 Inclusive of all bills (utilities, council tax, virgin media and broadband).
- We take it in turns to get a cleaner in every week. The new housemate will need to either pay £20 every 3 weeks or clean themselves. In general, the place tends to be quite clean, as everyone tidies up after themselves.
- We prefer non smokers but smoking in the garden is ok.
- move in date is also flexible
