Rent is £482.50 a month, including bills the total comes to around £569 depending on utility bill and the deposit is £750.
A reference/background check is done (no fee to you).
There is also an additional cost for changes to the existing tenancy agreement (transferal of names) which equate to £50

The tenants are very easy going and friendly, all in professional roles from teachers to charity. We all have a range of interests, three of us are Gaymers, more are always welcome. Inclusive household (LGBTQ+ friendly).

No major preferences on the type of person, just generally tidy, sociable, smokers are okay just no smoking is allowed indoors, aged 24 - 36 years old.

Availability for viewings is most week day evenings and possible weekends depending on the availability of tenants.
