- 3 mins walk from Maryland station on Elizabeth line (10 mins to Liverpool street/2mins to Stratford)
- 10 mins walk from Stratford station (central line / jubilee line/ overground)
- 4 min cycle from Cycle Super Highway which goes to central London
The flat is close to the Olympic park, shopping at Westfield, nice independent cafes in Forest Gate etc etc. Quick cycle to Hackney Wick / Victoria Park.

THE FLATMATE

I'm a 35 year old teacher who is considerate, friendly and relaxed. I love cooking, running, films, going out, staying in with a good bottle of wine. I have a local allotment so lots of fresh veggies if you want them. **From September I'm working in Southend Monday-Friday so you will have the flat to yourself most the week in term time.**

Looking for someone who is similarly clean and tidy but also relaxed.
