Hi all,

We have a cosy double room to rent just a stones throw from Streatham Hill station.

Please note, this is for a maximum for 6 months only.

The flat is is spacious and very cosy. There is a large kitchen perfect for cooking, baking or microwaving depending on your mood. It comes with a double oven, electric hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and brand new washing machine. The flat also has a large utility room for extra storage and a lovely balcony for any smokers.

There is just about anything you might want or need on your doorstep. Tooting Common is a five minute walk away. Great transport links to Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Victoria to name but a few.

This flat is big enough to comfortably hold a socially distanced viewing, and we have a supply of masks and gloves should you want them. I'm also happy to arrange a virtual viewing/chat if that works better for you.

If you're laid back, open minded, and don't mind picking up the hover every now and then, I'd love to hear from you.
