Hello!
I am looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my large 2 bedroom flat in Streatham. I am a 30 year old female lawyer, working for an INGO. I have an active social life and am often out with friends, but also enjoy evenings in cooking, watching TV and generally chilling out.
The flat is in a well maintained 1930s block, with a full time caretaker and a parking space (which you would be free to use). It is a 10 minute walk to Streatham Hill station (with trains to Victoria and London Bridge), a 15 minute walk to Tulse Hill (with trains into the city) and a short bus ride to Brixton. The flat is on the top floor, very quiet and has great views.
The rent is £620 pcm, including council tax, water and broadband. Gas, electricity and a cleaner will be split on top of this. The room is fully furnished, has recently been redecorated and has a new carpet. It is available now, but I am very happy to be flexible on dates and don’t mind waiting for the right person.
If you are interested please do send me a message and we can set up a convenient time for a viewing.
Many thanks
Sarah
