Room (Yours)

One of our housemates is moving out (boo!), but it means we have a room available (yay!). It is a big double room, with your own bathroom that has a shower and a bath. The room is available from 30th November but this date is flexible. The room is currently unfurnished but the current housemate is happy to discuss selling double bed and bedroom furniture set for £75 (pictured).

We are a sociable 6 bedroom house and enjoy pub quizzes, brunches, film nights (we have a projector and a movie room downstairs in the basement) and board games, nights in, nights out and the occasional trips together. We’ve always been 3 awesome guys and 3 awesome girls, and would like to keep it fairly balanced, so are looking for a girl.

The house is huge, spacious, bright and airy (perfect for gatherings and dinner parties!) and we have a lovely big garden for BBQs in the summer (which gets a lot of sun in the evening times especially, perfect for a glass of wine after work, or bottle...), and a big shed for storing any bikes/crap, as well as free parking if you have a car.

We also have a cleaner who comes every week for the communal areas and bathrooms, so the place is spotless and lovely to be in.
