I have a lovely large double room available in a recently refurbished large 3-bedroom house. You will be sharing with one other professional person (me :)). The house and room are super bright and light space with a large modern kitchen and living room with large screen TV, extra-large corner sofa, all modern appliances that you could need and two toilets and one bathroom. There is a large garden, which is amazing in the summer. There is storage for a bike, garage and plenty of parking (permit not required). The house does have a super friendly dog (he’s in the pics) so it would be great if you like dogs :)

The house has a super chilled and friendly atmosphere, is really clean and tidy and feels spacious. I have my corporate day job and I am also training to be a personal trainer, so love sports but also chilling with a movie.

AMENITIES: Streatham Common Park is just two minutes’ walk away. Nearest gyms are 12 mins walk by Streatham Station.

- Crystal Palace 21 minutes
