Lodgers will share a kitchen and a living room with a maximum of two others. There is 200MB broadband wifi throughout the house. There is a spacious garden with a secure sheltered area to keep bikes.

I'm a very easy-going guy and I'm looking for considerate, tidy and friendly people to share this beautiful home with me, my west highland terrier and, from time to time, my eight-year-old son. The house is extremely spacious and has just been comprehensively refurbished to a very high spec.

A cleaner keeps common areas spotless each week and will clean your room once a month. All bills are included in the price of the room.

Streatham is a great up and coming area with fast connections to Central London. The house is a 3-minute walk from Streatham Station.

In order to maintain some privacy, I have created a separate kitchen and earmarked a living room for the sole use of my lodgers. There will never be more than two other lodgers besides yourself.
