We’re looking to rent out a large double bedroom in our beautiful, spacious flat in Streatham. The entire flat has recently been renovated and is in immaculate condition. It has a large, open-plan kitchen/living room, a lovely bathroom and a garden. We’re also located on a quiet, leafy road with lots of parking, which is always a bonus!

The room is £600 per month plus bills and cleaning (we have a cleaner who visits regularly).

About the flat:

Very large 3 bed flat (1100 sq ft) on a quiet, residential road. It's been renovated to a high spec with restoration of original features. Lots of natural light, high ceilings, and a real sense of space. It's a little oasis of calm, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Streatham High Street!

We're keen cooks so the kitchen is very well equipped and we've got everything you'd need:

About us and who we're looking for:

We're a friendly couple aged 35 and 37 who've lived together for two years. We also have a kitten! Pre-COVID we were travelling around South America and we're now both currently from home (Nikki works for herself as a coach and change management consultant and Joe works in tech). We have the usual interests and hobbies - running, cycling, hiking, cooking, music, reading, having friends over for dinner every now and then.

Ideally we'd love to find someone who's friendly, used to living with others and happy to share dinner/watch a film together from time to time. We love having our own space as much as being in someone else's company so we are both very respectful of this and would like a flatmate that felt the same. Our flat is our lovely home and we like to look after it and keep it clean and tidy so we'd like to live with someone who feels the same.

- 15 min walk – Tulse Hill Train Station (Kings Cross, Blackfriars, Farringdon, London Bridge)
- 15 min walk - Streatham Hill Train Station (Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Bridge)
- 10 min walk - Streatham High Road - regular buses to Brixton Underground (Victoria Line) in just 15 mins and the 159 + 137 bus takes you straight into Central London if you're wanting to avoid the train and tube altogether.

Streatham is a lovely area and has lots of nice options as far as shops, pubs, and coffee-shops without being a gentrified hellhole! The house is a 10 minute walk from picturesque Streatham Common and the Rookery, perfect for walks.
