Hi!

I have a *huge* large double room available in my 3 bedroom flat in Streatham!

You will be living with me, a 32-year-old friendly female and my lovely cat Boosh so it is vital that you are animal friendly. She is a sweetheart so don't worry along with another female who works as a teacher. The other room mate is Vanessa, an American English teacher.

We are super friendly, enjoy a chat and a vino but equally like our own time to crack on with work in the evenings or chill. Looking for people who will treat the flat as their home, not just a rent a room.

By trade I am a graphic designer/photographer but have worked with animals/horses in the past and currently in hospitality.

The room is available from the 16th March 2021 at £650 per month. This room is massive, huge windows which lets in a lot of light. Huge built in mirrored wardrobe. lovely authentic fire place.

The flat itself is huge, set over two floors and has been renovated recently. It has a separate kitchen (great hobs and a breakfast table by a window!) and a separate living area where we have two big sofas and a dining table which is so great for entertaining! There is one big shared bathroom (bath with shower over the top and great water pressure!).

We are a 3-minute walk to Streatham Common which is lovely in the summer for picnics and good for walks! Great coffee shops nearby at Brickwood and Cafe Barcelona for breakfasts and brunching and some great pubs only a short walk away 5-10 mins The Bull, The Mere Scribbler and The Railway Tavern.

There are plenty of great supermarkets super close. A giant Sainsbury's only a 3 min walk away, Tesco extra 10 min walk, LIDL 5 min walk, ALDI and M&S 15 mins walk.

We are on Streatham High Road with great connections around London. A bus (109, 250) just out the front of our flat takes you directly to Brixton and Victoria Line (25 mins away) and we are a 10-minute walk to Norbury and Streatham Common which have links to other over-ground stations and major rail stations.

The room is available to move in from the 16th March 2021 for 5 months with the option to extend.

Bills and other costs:

Bills are roughly £100 per month.

This includes internet and a lovely cleaner called Olha who comes every 2 weeks and cleans the whole flat minus bedrooms. This bill cost also includes council tax, electricity, water and gas.

There isn't a set parking spot, but you can park for free on our road. The current housemates have a car and have no issues parking very close to the house.
