The flat has a huge shared newly redecorated living room, recently renovated shared bathroom and separate toilet, and recently renovated kitchen. The flat is big, bright and airy with a bright open hallway and ample storage.

The area is quiet and friendly with lots of trees, five minutes walk from the high street with plenty of nearby supermarket options, gyms, coffee shops etc nearby. Loads of transport links via train and bus, with nearby tube stations at Tooting Bec, Clapham Common and Brixton. Street parking is free. Streatham Common and Tooting Common are both about ten minute walks away.

Current residents are two 30-something year old creative professionals and one very friendly cat. We love to hang out, cook and watch tv and films but also have our own space and quiet time. We would love someone who is chill and clean and looking to make a home
