Housemate wanted: large, sunny double w/garden

We have 1 bedroom available in our 6 bedroom Victorian property in SW16. We’re looking for a new housemate who enjoys a social atmosphere. We’re ideally looking for young professionals who’re up for a few drinks and lazy days watching dreadful TV, while also respecting everyone’s need to get up for work and eat off clean dishes.

We have a large living room, with a big, brand new TV with Sky (including Sky movies). The kitchen has a dishwasher, big fridge/freezer (and there's also a big chest freezer in the dining room so we're never short of space for food!), loads of cupboard space and a breakfast bar. We also have a dining room with a big sofa bed and dining table (it also doubles as a space for drying laundry and an office for working from home if you need) and a big sliding door looking out onto our garden. The garden is a good size with a covered seating area, complete with fairy lights. We also have multiple bathrooms, so there's never a que!

The bedroom itself is big with loads of storage, built in wardrobes with a big mirror. It has a new double bed and a desk. It overlooks the garden and gets loads of sun. It's on the third floor so quite quiet and looks out onto the tree tops which is lovely!

The rent is exceedingly cheap for the area and size of the rooms, and inclusive of all bills. Contract starts on 4th March 2021 but can be flexible if you need to move in earlier.

Nearest tube station is Tooting Bec (Northern Line, 15 minute walk). Tooting Common is on our doorstep. It’s a 20 minute walk to Tooting Broadway, Balham and Streatham, where there’re plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. G1 bus stops outside our door and 319 and 249 stop 7 minute walk away.
