My quiet homely relaxed flat needs a newbie

DOUBLE ROOM with FLEX FURNITURE in a tidy 2 BED GARDEN FLAT needs a new well-trained housemate... Don't let my rubbish photos fool you, in the day the flat is nice and bright.

TERM is flexible, ideally Iong term but happy if you need a short term stopgap say 3 months.

RENT is 600pcm including ALL utilities and broadband.

BEDROOM is a double and has a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, king size bed and side table. There is additional storage in the hallway. Can be UNFURNISHED if needed.

LIVING ROOM is a comfortable size with feature fireplace and currently has a sofa and armchair.

KITCHEN is modern, well fitted and a good size for cooking. Gas hob, electric oven and full fridge/freezer and all the pots and pans you need.

BATHROOM is pretty new with a good-sized shower bath with rainfall showerhead.

EXTRAS: double glazed and wooden floors throughout living space and carpet in the bedrooms, gas central heating, good sized private patio garden.

TRAVEL: Streatham Common train station is 0.5mi and accesses Victoria via Clapham Junction, and London Bridge. The nearby bus stop is minutes away; 60 and 118 which go to Brixton and Streatham. Unrestricted on-street car parking.

LOCATION: There is a newly refurbished pub (2min) away with BT sports and pool table, a well-reviewed pub (10min) with craft beers and food, a medium and express supermarket (both 5mins) and a pretty decent sourdough pizza place (5min).

CURRENT HOUSEMATE: Is me the landlord. I'm an easy-going professional in my early 40s and am quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I also cook.

WORKING FROM HOME: I currently work from home and have a desk in my bedroom. If you work from home I'd ask that you have a desk in your room too so that the living room is for relaxing.

YOU: Ideally similar to above, and definitely clean and tidy.
