We have a great, big (19 square meters/204.5 square feet) double room (for single occupancy) available immediately!!
It's on the ground floor and it's close to the Bathroom, Living Room and Kitchen.
Basically it's like having the whole floor by yourself!
It's in a lovely house with some super friendly housemates.
We love to share a meal once in a while but we also appreciate each other's space and the need to relax after those tougher-days at work.
* £795 - bills included: Double room - for single occupancy - with double bed (high sleeper loft bed), wardrobe, shelving units, sofa, desk, overlooking the garden (ground floor).
Off-road parking is available for an extra charge.
The house is well-situated, we're close to all the amenities: a Lidl, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Boots literally at the end of the road. Also have the best pizza place in South (Bravi Ragazzi!), French delicatessen shop, two fantastic leisure centres and several gyms, an Odeon and Tooting Common no further than 10 minutes walk.
You'll have access to a lovely spacious kitchen and bathroom, a giant(!) garden, and a well-kept living room (with TV etc.) and a Buddah Lounge where you can relax after a busy day!
You must come and view it or you'll miss your opportunity, as this room rents out really quickly!
15 minutes to Brixton (Victoria line) by Bus and the same to the up-and-coming Tooting Bec.

I rented a room here for 8 months when I first moved to London from Devon. I had no idea what awaited me and found the whole house-hunting process very stressful. Having missed securing earlier rooms because they go so fast, when I saw what was to be my home for the next year, I knew straight away I should take it, and I did.

If you meet Anna, our lovely live-in landlady you'll share the same welcoming, warm and friendly experience I did.
She was very kind in helping settle and ensures the loveliest people take her rooms so that the house is always full of kind, respectful and entertaining(!) people. It took no time to feel like a second home.

The house lives up to it's address, on Sunnyhill road. It is spacious, bright, airy, and most-importantly well-cared for and looked after. We all chip in to make sure it's always a great place to come home to after a hard day's work where you can let your hair down - be it in the garden or in the living area.

I had reservations about moving to Streatham but these soon went. You're no more than 5 minutes away from all the amenities, from Boots to Odeon, Tooting Common to Streatham leisure centre. The trendy Brixton is also on your doorstep ...

All in all, if you're reading this, come for a viewing I have every faith that Anna, the house and garden and Silvestro the cat will soon have you unpacking your bags into a loving new home ...

Sunnyhill Road is the first place I moved to when I was new to London, and I can't recommend it enough, especially if you haven't lived in the city before. Anna is very friendly and easy to speak to and her kindness made such a positive difference when I was starting out in such an overwhelming city.

The area is safe, green and well-connected - it's close to lots of shops, Streatham Common is a short walk away and if you need to get to Brixton or the underground there are a lot of buses nearby.
The garden is also huge - I'm a bit sad I didn't get to use it over winter!
The room is big too, with more than enough storage space. Give this place a look!

“Sunnyhill House has lots of delights and conveniences. The spacious kitchen (complete with double sink and big range) is perfect for cooks, and the tumble dryer in addition to the washer is a blessing.
The huge garden welcomes birds, foxes, and part-time resident cat Silvestro, and for more green space Streatham Common and Tooting Bec Common are short walks away.
Kindly hostess Anna is fair, egalitarian, and makes a divine tiramisù’.
