Double room - 4 mins to Streatham Common Station

Looking for a fourth person to join our lovely streatham house, You’ll be living with Rosie (27 Works in Events), Alex (29 works in recruitment) and George (25 works in hospitality/ musician). The room is 600 per month + bills.

room available from December, can be flexible with move in dates.

The house / room;
We fell in love with the house the minute we saw it, its big enough you never feel on top of each other, but still manages to be cozy. it has free on street parking.

The room is a spacious double with room for a desk. it has a wardrobe available too (not pictured).

we also have a great attic for storage.

Location:
It is about 3 minutes from streatham common station (4 minutes to Balham for the northern line, 10 to clapham junction and 19 to Victoria) , and less than ten minute walk to streatham mainline station which will take you to Blackfriars, kings cross etc. At the end of the road you’ve got Sainsburys, Tescos, M&S and Aldi, plenty of coffee shops, loads great take aways and 2 gyms if you're into that sort of thing.

Us;
We’re all working professionals, it would be great if you are too. We are all friends and pretty sociable but also respect each others personal space. We're happy to sit in our rooms or all watch something on tv and have a drink or dinner together.
