The flat is really spacious and homely - it has a large kitchen, private garden and cosy living room. The rooms a great size and comes partly furnished (extremely comfy kingsize bed!) and you’d be living with Roisin, 26, chemical engineering PhD northern queen, and Kidda cat, 2, fluffy ginger panhead !!
The flat’s located close to Streatham Common Station which is about an 8 min walk away! There’s a shop 2 minutes down the road and Tesco, Aldi, M&S & Streatham highroad are all about a 10-15 minute walk from the flat. Buses to Brixton/Tooting are also about a 7 min walk away.
