Cosy Bright Double Room share bathroom with 1

Hello,

I have an amazing double room in 3 bedroom ground floor flat. You will would share bathroom, bath and shower only with one person.

Flat is in a quite street at the end of the road. Bedroom windows are facing to the private garden.

Flat has a fully equipped kitchen and also a huge outside area/ garden.

To live only with one British guy and South African girl in their 20s/30s. To share bathroom only with one of them as the order room is en suite with private bathroom/ toilet.

No living room unfortunately, but kitchen has a table to eat and catch up with the housemates.

There is also free parking outside of the house.

There is a little Pekingese dog in Siobhan’s room that usually chills in the room or being carried on her arms as a baby.

Flat is located 8 min walk to Streatham Common station. Trains takes you to Clapham Junction within 15 min and Victoria Station within 20 min. 15 min bus ride to Tooting and 30 min to Brixton.

Tooting Common park and Tooting Lido, Streatham ice and leisure center within 10-15 min walking distance.

Bills are to be shared equally. Council tax is the lowest in London (Wandsworth).

Room is furnished, but furniture can be removed if needed.
