I have a lovely quiet, first floor flat with a newly fitted kitchen, nicely furnished living room with corner sofa, small bathroom with bath and shower, and two rooms.

First room is a furnished bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed and comfortable mattress. The second is unfinished so can be used as a single/double bedroom, office or storage room. Both rooms include black out blinds and open up into the living room.

There is a large south facing garden which has a deck, grass (astro turf) and a patio - the garden literally gets the sun all day! Would like someone who enjoys a little gardening and will help to keep it nice.

I’m looking to rent the entire flat to either one or two persons, and if it’s just for one person only the total rent for the flat (both rooms is £1,400).

THE AREA

Fantastically located off of Streatham Vale, the flat is a short walk to tube and train stations . It’s also close to great pub (The Railway), LIDL, amenities and an amazing thai takeaway round the corner.

The flat has a private entrance, and is ideally located a short walk to Streatham Common station with direct links to London Bridge (25 mins), Clapham Junction (10 mins) and Victoria (20 mins). Mithcam Eastfields train station is also a short walk away (14 mins) with direct links to Blackfriars, Farringdon and the City. Bus stops are also at the end of the road with direct routes to Brixton.
