The room consists of shower, WC, handbasin, two double wardrobes, double bed and chest of draws. The room is situated on the ground floor with direct access to garden.

Travel time is 20 mins into London Victoria and slightly longer for London Bridge. Bus stop 1 min away with busses direct to Croydon, Brixton and Tooting.

Bills included which includes a monthly cleaner for communal areas.
