Cozy (not tiny) double in creative house-share

The room and House:
The room is a cozy double with room for a double bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail, desk and a little floorspace but not a great deal. All of these are provided however if you want to bring your own furniture that's cool too. There is a lot of shelving put up so you may wish to keep this or change it, it's down to you! If you would like to decorate the room this is also down to your choice withing reason.
The rest of the house is enormous, its lived-in but very charming. We have a large lounge, a dedicated art studio, basement, huge garden and a kitchen that although is a little 'rustic' it's got a dishwasher and is kept clean. We have 2 bathrooms( both 3 piece with a shower on the first floor) which are functional but the landlord is in the process of updating.
We also have 3, yes 3 cats, who are very much a cherished part of the family so allergy sufferers and catphobes be warned!!
What else? Bills, budget for about 30p/m for council tax and about 40 for other bills and we're good to go!
About us:
We are all in our early 30s onwards, a mix of mature students, professionals and self employed. Students would need to contribute to council tax.
We have a diverse range of interests and professions, mainly creative so if you think you will be a good fit for that all the better.
The house is LGBTQI friendly although at the moment its mainly straight people who are all allies. We would prefer a female/female identifying person to keep balance.
We are into keeping the communal spaces clean and tidy, the house is old and dusty but we do our best, bathrooms and kitchens especially. We would expect you to take an active role in this too.
Accessibility:
The property is situated over four floors including the basement, all connected by steps. The room available is on the first floor up two flights of steep steps, the front door has one step up and the bathrooms are situated on the upper floors of the house. The property has no intercom/visual impairment modifications.
