Double Room with Garden

*Introduction*

My name is Ramon, l am a trainee barrister here in London, working as a judicial assistant at the Royal Courts of Justice.
One of my flatmates is leaving on the 30th of April and l will have a really large room from then available in the house.

*The house*

It is a three floors house with 6 bedrooms. All of us are professionals working in London (at home at the moment, given the current Covid-19 conditions).

3 of us are gay (including myself - l am in charge of the house), so we are looking for a gay/gay friendly flatmate.

The house has 3 bathrooms, one really nice and spacious kitchen, a living room, a conservatory and a massive garden (we even have a pool during the Summer).

We all like our personal space (and every room in the house is large enough to provide this), but we all love our socials.

We are very clean and want a flatmate who can keep it to the standards. The house is completely furnished, including the rooms, and offers a dishwasher, washing and drying machine.

All the bills are inclusive, including the cleaning and cleaning products (toilet rolls inclusive - despite of coronavirus - ha!).

*Location*

We are near a local Sainsbury’s and M&S, there is an off licence opposite the house, a park at the of the road, buses are 1 min walk from the house and can take you either to Brixton or Clapham Common (nice night out there).
