Double room near Brixton

Hello! I have a room available in my third-floor flat from May 2021.

The room is a decent size and is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a ladder shelf. The shelf and the chest of drawers are optional.

I have a nice big living room with a TV and a dining table and really fast internet.

The block has a shared garden, which is a lovely sun trap during the summer. You can also access the roof of the block from the back door of the flat.

Please note that the internet works only in the living room and the bedroom that I'm letting out.

I work from home Monday to Friday as a magazine production editor and I'm ideally looking for someone who works externally to the home.

There is a third, smaller bedroom that is used for storage and laundry, and for guests to stay in (when restrictions are lifted).

I'm very active and I have many hobbies and interests, including DJing, which I do in my bedroom occasionally, although mainly at the weekend. I will not bother you with super loud music, I promise :)

I'm a very respectful housemate and I'd like someone who is equally respectful. I would really like to meet someone who wants to relax in the evening and watch TV and have dinner together occasionally, but who is also happy to do their own thing and spend time out of the flat.

I'm vegan and my kitchen is completely meat/fish-free. Vegetarians are welcome.
