Two rooms going in a spacious sunny flat on High street. There is flexibility in terms of length of stay/price depending on which room goes first and on what terms.

Room 1 (now taken): Good size double has a wardrobe, large drawers and a desk.

Quiet and private room.

Room 2 (now available short term from end of July): Massive double has a wardrobe, large drawers, sofa, bistro table and chairs and coffee table. Sunny, bright and airy room.

Please note that we would prefer to have a 2-3 min whatsapp chat (video ideally) first to meet potential occupants before arranging viewings.

Long or short term considered. Female preferred.

£550 and/or £650 per month incl bills respectively.

Would ideally suit a tidy person.

Secure location, loads of buses under the door step, terrace etc...

Very very close to the Streatham Hill station (about 50 meters). Right on Streatham Hill (high road)

Brixton is 8 mins away on bus.

It's a 3 bed flat and you would be sharing with 1 or 2 others.

Spacious flat, sleek and simple, very large bathroom.

Double glazed windows throughout.

Central heating, new washing machine.

Including bills (gas, el, internet, water, Netflix)..

Female preffered as from experience it makes for a tidier and more functional household with mixed gender occupancy.
