A lovely double room in Streatham Hill

We have a lovely double room in Streatham Hill to let in our house and are looking for a friendly person to share our home with.
As well as myself, there are three professionals living here.
The room is in a Victorian house with a lovely well-maintained garden, and a large kitchen with a dining table.
The house is in a quiet location, a short walk from all the amenities of Streatham High Road and Streatham Hill Station. From here there are regular trains to Victoria that take approx. 20-22minutes.

There is a bus stop a few minutes’ walk away, with several buses to Brixton tube; there is also a direct bus to West End and to London Bridge.
The High Road is a stone’s throw away, with lots of shops and supermarkets, an Odeon cinema (5 minutes’ walk), great bars, restaurants, cafes, two gyms, a leisure centre and much more.
Tooting Bec Common with a lido is very close and is lovely for local walks and relaxing.
Balham is also walkable, where you’ll find more nice bars, cafes and the tube station.
The rent of £520 p. c. m. includes all bills, internet, all cleaning products, toilet paper, liquid soap, paper kitchen towels, rubbish bags, washing up liquid etc. There is a cleaning rota in the house.
