Female housemate wanted

We are looking for a fourth female member to join our lovely house in Streatham Hill from September 10th (or earlier can be negotiated as housemate is leaving earlier and we have a spare room). Rent and bills come to £698 including a cleaner who comes fortnightly. The contract will be rolling with 4 months notice from the LL, 1 month notice from us and a one off deposit of £698.

We are looking for someone to take a double room on the second floor that looks out to our beautiful leafy garden. The house is located on a peaceful street 5-7 mins walk straight down to Streatham Hill train station. Brixton is about 15 mins reachable by bus. We are lucky enough to have a beautiful, quiet garden and spacious roof terrace great for sunbathing and watching the stars. Our kitchen is very spacious and includes a table and chairs. We have a separate living room and a spare room with a bed and desk that we use as an office, yoga/exercise space, laundry and to have guests to stay.

We are three female professionals age 26-30 looking for someone of a similar age who would like to share our beautiful home with us and become a friend. We are all friends and love to occasionally cook together, watch TV, have a drink in the kitchen of an evening but also respect each others space and privacy. Mim is a civil servant (soon to be trainee lawyer) who works from home, myself (Ellen) and Lily go to work as a teacher and charity shop manager.
