Fully refurbished and brand new in July 2023, This flat is a self contained flat is a registered HMO so all health n safely and fire safety compliances are in place. I have a double room available from 1/3/2025 with rent per month for couple is £1150 and £950 for a single renter. This rent is include bills of council tax, fuels, utility and braodband. SHORT TERM renting is accepted. The flat is a 4 bedrooms.
Shared facilities include a living and dining room, a separate fitted kitchen with plenty of storages, two American fridge freezers, a washer and a separate dryer, a dishwasher, oven, gas hobs etc. The bathroom is furnished with vanity unit, three pieces suite and fully tiled so easy to care for n hygienic. There are three bathrooms so two of the rooms are renting with their own bathrooms so you are to share the remaining bathroom with one other single renter. The current tenants are of mix professions - hospitality and health staff and carers. We have a front gated car parking for shared car and bicycle parking. Streatham Hill where we are is zone 3 and is few minutes walk to the station where you can catch a train to Victoria, London Bridge and Croydon, Balham, Clapham etc where you can transfer to underground easily.
