Room comes part furnished with the following: double bed & mattress, shelving unit, bedside table, two clothing rails & a full length mirror.

Rent is £800pm, excluding bills.
Bills come to approximately £120pm, subject to slight increases at the start of the new financial year in April.

You will need to be able to sign & pay deposit/rent asap, by the end of February at the very latest. (Exact deposit amount awaiting confirmation.)

Flat has shared kitchen, living room & bathroom. It is situated on the first floor, above a row of shops. Unfortunately there is no lift & access is by outdoor stairs only.

You would be living with two creatives, Naomi (she/her) and Noémie (they/them).

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. :)

Transport links: 'Streatham Hill' station is under 5 mins walk, 'Streatham' station is 15 mins. There are absolutely loads of bus links from right outside the flat too, which can take you all the way to central London or to Brixton tube station in 10-15mins.

The local area has plenty of shops, including every supermarket chain you could wish for! There’s also several gyms nearby & the £5 odeon cinema!
