Double Room with Ensuite (First 2 weeks rent free)

Hello room hunters,

We're looking for a housemate to fill our spareroom.
(god knows how they came up with a name for this website)

About us:
There's Aled who is Welsh, but without the accent. He works in the corporate bit of Sainsbury's.......yey discounts.
Really friendly and easy to get along with.

Emily hails from Devon and is a fabulous gem of a housemate. Plus she's a yoga teacher who bakes cookies.
(Not at the same time though)

Finally Alvin (that's me....and yes I do have a friend called Simon and Theodore). I was also recently nominated for housemate of the year 2019, but lost out to a supermodel from California.

We sometimes hang out together for sunday pub lunch, pub quizzes and movie nights etc, but it's fine if you think we're lame and have your own social life. 😂

About the House:
Nice and spacious, with separate lounge, separate eat in kitchen and a great garden. We're in a great location on a quiet street just 5 mins walk to Streatham Hill overground or 15 mins walk to Balham tube.

Bills are £90 each incl cleaner.

About the Landlord
He lives abroad and is super chilled. If anything needs sorting he's quick to respond.

About the room:
It's a spacious double room with plenty of space for a desk if you need to work from home. There is also an ensuite shower.

Move date is flexible between now and Jan.

About You:
Just the usual really.......clean, tidy and respectful of others.
Also, if you know why socks go missing in the washing machine, that'll be a bonus.

About A Boy
I've never seen it, but I've heard it's a great film.
