Bright double room available in friendly and relaxed house share in Streatham Hill.

The flat is modern and bright on a quiet and leafy residential street. It’s spacious and comfortable, with lots of windows. It's a 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom which has a shower/bath and a separate toilet. There’s plenty of storage (including a huge loft).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a massive wardrobe that has a rail and lots of shelves, and a cabinet with wicker baskets for your bits and bobs. This can be swapped for a desk – I’m happy to buy one if you need one.

About your flatmates:
You will be living with Katharine who works in marketing, and Isis who is an Occupational Therapist. They’re both lovely, easy-going and friendly. They are relatively busy people, and so say they like the flat to feel homely, relaxed and tidy- somewhere they can unwind in the evening. They like to get together to eat dinner, drink a few beers, and make the most of the projector for film nights!

About the area:
The flat is about a 3 minute walk to Streatham High Street and about a 6 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. Streatham Station is about a 12 minute walk away with direct trains to Blackfriars and London Bridge. There are loads of buses going everywhere, including Brixton where you can catch the Victoria line.

Streatham High Street has lots of shops, bars and restaurants; there is a Co-Op, M&S foodhall, and Lidl all within a 15 minute walk. Lots of cute coffee shops and a great bakery. There’s the Tate Streatham Library about 5 minutes walk away and lots of options for gyms, yoga and swimming really close by.

Move in date and bills:
The room is available now. It’s a private rental so there are no agency fees to pay. Bills are included.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome but not cats I'm afraid.
