I am looking for a great housemate to share my house.

Just a quick note on the video. It was filmed 3 months ago and the room has since been painted as reflected in the photos.

A little about the house. It has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge on the ground floor. A rear garden and parking out the front (for those who require it for an additional £30 on top of the noted costs below).
The upstairs has two double bedrooms (one with an en suite which I am advertising) and the main bathroom room. For those interested there is also built in water softener and purifier systems (meaning no limescale), and the house is solar powered during the day and will be at night once I get around to installing a storage battery.

The nearest station is Surrey Quays which a 7-8 min walk away (Canada Water is a 10-12 min walk). It is possible to be anywhere in central London in circa 30 mins.. There are also a bus stops very close with links to the city and Greenwich/Deptford/Lewisham (etc).

Rent is £890 per month incl bills. Deposit will be 1 month of rent. Minimum 2 month contract and rolling thereafter with a month's notice period.

A little about me. I am originally from Ireland but I have been in London for nearly 12 years. I help run a construction management company which I really enjoy. I love to keep fit and healthy, socialize, read, dance, watch tv, gardening and I am a clean, considerate and fun housemate.

I grow food in the garden when I can and it would be great to live with someone that had an interest in participating but it is not mandatory. Also, all kitchen waste goes to a composter in the garden for those eco friendlies :)

I am very open to welcoming a pet or pets as the case maybe.
