Massive double room available 1 Dec

My massive double room available from the 1st of December as I started a new job outside of London and want to move closer to my new job. The rent includes all bills and is located at cook court, SE8 5SF.

The flat is ground floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a big kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer and storage cupboards. There's no shared living room, but both the room itself and the kitchen is very big.

The room is equipped with a double bed, a desk, two shelfes, a drawer and a three door wardrobe. The rent also includes private wifi internet access.

Close by there is Lidl supermarket or the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre with 24hr Tesco.

The landlords requirements:
1st month rent paid in advance, 1 month security deposit, photo id

Minimum 3 month contract - no short stays sorry, but longer stays are ok.
