Large double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in Surrey Quays.

The room is a generous double with a wardrobe, book case and chest of drawers - plenty of storage space! The room is on the first floor and has a beautiful view out over the Quay with huge windows.

The house has two bathrooms so you’ll only be sharing with one other person. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen and living space with 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, and double doors that open out onto a private outdoor courtyard - great for bbq’s in the summer!

It’s a great area, a 10 minute walk to Canada Water tune station (1 stop to Canary Wharf or 2 stops to London Bridge so ideal for commuting). Surrey Quays station is also less than 10 minute walk away, and there are great bus links into central London.

The house is a 5 minute walk from a large shopping centre with a huge Tesco, Boots and other shops which is really useful. There is free parking available right outside the house.

Within a couple of minutes of the house there is a gym, Tesco express, a nice Italian deli and a couple of lovely cafes - so everything you could need in your doorstep!

Bills come to about £100 per month, including council tax, gas, water, electricity, TV license and broadband.

I’ve been living in the house for over 2 years so am sad to be leaving! The move out date is a bit flexible but looking to move some time in January.
