The property is called Iceland Wharf and is an apartment with 2 double bedrooms in a gated enclosure. It is very much suited to young professionals. There is a Tesco Express and Co-Op just a minute walk from the property.

Transport links are links are very good, with the Surrey Quays overground just 7 minutes walk and the Canada Water station only a 15 minute walk away. If buses are more your think the 199 is just a minute walk away. If you are working in Canary Wharf then door to door the journey is around 20 minutes and around half an 30 minutes away from the city.

There is parking available for those that do drive and it is in a secure gated bay allocated to the apartment.

The property is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, modern cooker, washing machine and fridge.

The property also has a private balcony that is connected to the living room, which I tend to spend a little too much time in during the summer months with a cold can of beer in hand.

So the boring part....the rent is £750 a month NOT including bills. Bills tend to be circa an extra 100 a month. Bills will include things like gas, electric, tv license and council tax (not water as it is included in rent).
