Cheap Room in Surrey Quays

We are looking for a young professional (students will be considered.) to come and join our house. The house is made up of 4 bed rooms, living room and large kitchen. The property also has a large garden with a shed for storage. The room up for rent is at the back of the house over looking the garden.

We are looking for someone who is clean and responsible. We keep a good standard of cleaning within the house with each housemate cleaning per week.

The bills each month are roughly 80 pounds for everything including BT broadband. The property is in Surrey Quays right by the beautiful docks. Both Surrey Quays station (Overground) and Canada Water station (Jubliee Line, Overground) are close by and both run at night on the weekend. Has great bus connections and a large shopping centre close by for pretty much everything you could need. You are also spoilt for choice with the amount of super markets near by, so food shopping is very convenient.

You will be living with 2 males aged 30 and a girl 28 All considerate, easy going and respectful.
