En-Suite Room

Gorgeous En-Suite Room on the 1st Floor of a large house, completely new inside, all refurbished recently, available from the 1st of January 2022. As I have to relocate because of my job role I am sad to have to leave this room, I rented in London for 10 years and this by far has been the cleanest, best located, loveliest bunch of people I ever had the pleasure of living with. It is a very rare find and I got lucky to have had the pleasure of living here. The new tenant would take over my current contract until 31/08/2022, and then has the option to renew it themselves. Room has a bathroom/sink/shower/heated towel rack/bathroom mirror.

Everyone in the house is a working professional, very clean and tidy. Everyone respects one another, cleans the kitchen, bins rota, etc so it's a really great house to live in. It's very spacious, I never bump into many people as we all have different schedules. Washing & Dryer machines everyone looks after them once their wash is done to take it out and have it ready for the next person. I never have to wait to cook or do anything in the communal kitchen. It's always nice and quiet in the house, people work currently either at home or in the office. The area right next to Deptford Park is also lovely and quiet and very safe.

The kitchen is totally new, New Dryer, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, enough cupboards that everyone in the house has a large one for themselves, we have 3 fridges and 2 large freezers, Microwave, 2 ovens, dining table, sofa, TV in the kitchen that can be used, toaster, plates and all kitchen utensils that can be freely shared by all.

7min walk to Tesco Metro and Canada Water Shopping Center which has lots of shops e. g. Boots, Starbucks etc.

Bus Route 47 stops 60 metres outside the house, goes via London Bridge to Shoreditch, via Monument.
Bus Route 188 stops near the house too to Russell Square.
Greenwich is 10min away, walkable and by bus.
Canary Wharf is 1 stop away.

Lots of Takeaway shops are available nearby, Chinese, Mexican, Chicken Shops Food etc.
Greenwich University is 15min away.
