Im hiring out the single room on my old boat moored in South Dock Marina. She is a comfortable 2 bedroom boat with a good kitchen and living space. The smaller of these two bedrooms can of course be converted into some kind of office space if desired.

She comes part furnished with a sofa, kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine, television, a few pots and pans, cutlery, mugs and glasses. These of course can be removed if these items are not required.

The lovely girl has good life in her and needs someone who can match her warm energy. Very happy for whoever moves in to chop and change things around, do some DIY and really make her your home. This of course is all within reason but can be discussed at a viewing in more detail.

She has a generous roof space which is great for BBQ's and occasionally (when weather permits) getting out the little paddling pool. This along with a cosy little nook on the front for an evening drink on the waters edge.

Excellent travel connections, 1 minute walk for the bus and 10mins for Overground - 15mins for Tube
Tesco Express is right outside the door, just a 2 minute walk away with a larger Tesco only a 10 minute walk away.
