My name is Jo and I live in a stunning, peaceful 2 bed flat in the award-winning Baltic Quays building in Docklands.

The flat has just had almost 15k spent on it so everything is super new. One of the rooms is available from Jan 5th so I'm looking for a new flatmate!

The apartment is in within short walking distance of all local bars and shops, Canada Water (Jubilee Line), Surrey Quays (Overground) and less than 100m from the Thames Clipper - so you can sail to work in style!

Baltic Quay is a beautiful, architecturally award-winning building in Surrey Quays, and is nest to Greenland Dock gym and sailing club. It's super quiet in both the day and night as it's a very residential area - it's the best of both worlds; peaceful to live in but about 30 mins into the centre of London.

The flat is high up on the 4th floor and has stunning views over Greenland Dock, Canary Wharf and the entirety of Central London - all the way from Big Ben in the west to Canary Wharf in the east. From the large balcony you can see the Houses of Parliament, The Wheel, Walkie Talkie, Shard, Guerkin, St Pauls, Tower of London, Tower 42, Cheesegrater etc. Perfect for relaxing after a hard day in the rat race!
