The flat is of 2 bedrooms with a lounge, kitchen, storage room and a bathroom and would be shared with me. The bedroom is a double bedroom and spacious c. 12 sqm.

The flat is located in an area with high accessibility to public transport. Surrey Quays Overground is 5 min walk, South Bermondsey Station 7 min walk, Canada Water Underground is 10 min walk and bus 1 and 381 is just outside the building.

Nearby is Surrey Quays shopping centre and leisure park, also Southwark Park is close by and excellent for a midday break if you’re working from home.

I am looking for a female young professional who is ambitious, quiet, respectable, responsible and considerate. In return you get the same with space for relaxation and comfort.

I work full time with a demanding job into the evening which means that my week days tend to be very quiet and in need of collecting energy either through exercise, learning, knitting or painting.

My work requires me to attend evening work events. I also catch up with friends outside of my home but occasionally at home too. If I'm not travelling to see my family I'm out shopping or visiting cafes in London with friends. I love skincare and currently looking to become a certified massage therapist mainly focused on face therapy.

The ideal individual would be looking for a safe, cozy space where they can relax and explore their hobbies.
