Closest station is Surrey Quays (10mins walk) and there are buses also going along the main road to Canada Water station and Central London.

As the bills have become astronomical this year there is a £80 per month Electric and gas contribution to pay on top.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property so 2 rooms per bathroom.

I am very attentive to who I rent these rooms to. My main priority is that everyone gets along so the type of people I will put in will be very similar. I will have everyone on a whatsapp group and am not one of those absent landlords.

There is currently three ladies who live here. All working Professionals. There will only be a maximum of 4 people living here.
